Outage Description: We are upgrading our network infrastructure in these areas. Customers will be without service only once within this multi-day time frame and for a maximum of 15 minutes. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience. IMPORTANT NOTE: As this is a complex upgrade, the need may arise for an extended outage of up to 4 hours. If an extended outage is required, it will be done between 2 AM and 6 AM with a forecasted outage of 2 hours.
